And finally…my lower teeth
Today at my appointment with Dr. Lynskey I was getting my new sets of aligners. When I arrived, I tried on my new aligners and discovered that no new bottom aligners were there. My bottom teeth aren’t perfectly straight yet, so my mom asked Dr. Lynskey about the missing aligners. She said that Invisalign hadn’t made any, so I had to retake bottom impressions. Not only were they taking impressions for new aligners, but also for a temporary retainer they could make right at the office that would keep my teeth in place while I was waiting for my aligners to arrive. The new retainer would be done the following day. After the impressions, Dr. Lynskey quickly drilled off one my attachments, and put two new ones on. The attachments I now have are on my upper molars, so they’re not noticeable to anyone accept me. After the new attachments were put on, my appointment was over and I went home with my new aligners.
